Important information about your INTERNATIONAL shipping fees and instructions to complete your order.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES
We offer three shipping methods: Airmail, Express Mail, and UPS. All packages are insured except Airmail weighing up to 4 pounds.
Air mail is supposed to take 3-7 days, priority mail (to Puerto Rico): 2-3 days, express mail: 2-5 days, and UPS: 2-3 days.
We have noticed longer than normal delays in deliveries to Canada and England by Airmail and Express Mail. For more reliable service to all countries, choose UPS.
US Mail is not trackable. If you want a tracking number, you must choose UPS.

Orders delivered outside the USA must be paid in advance in US funds. They may also be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Below are the fees for shipping to some countries. If you are in another nearby country, you can guesstimate what your charges might be from these.
The shipping fee shown on your order is not correct and will be removed. YOUR ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE will replace the shipping fee shown. This will happen AFTER you receive your order confirmation so you won't see it or get a confirmation of the new charge.
During checkout, choose your shipping method AND write it in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX. Doing so acknowledges your acceptance of the higher shipping fee.
If your email address is a free internet email address (eg. hotmail, yahoo, etc.) we will contact you prior to shipping.
Additional customs fees and taxes due at time of delivery are your responsibility.

"UPS--Air" is UPS Expedited Service, generally 2 to 3 days delivery
"UPS--Express" is UPS Express Service, generally next day delivery if possible
