Socapex six circuit tester - pair
This really should be a 0 Star Review but it isn't possible. It has been 7 months since I have ordered this and still have not received the tester. I have contacted them multiple times, with only a couple of responses. First response was that it hasn't come in from the manufacturer, but as soon as it arrives we will ship it to you. Second Response was the same as the first. Third response was that it was being shipped to Tools for StageCraft on Friday and it would be shipped out immediately. That was 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have asked for a full refund as this item still has not arrived and I have received no response to that request. I definitely will never purchase another item from Tools for Stagecraft and I will encourage everyone I know to go elsewhere as well.
Our responseI understand your frustration. I am equally frustrated by this situation. There is only one distributor of this product and it seems they never provide accurate information. I've been told over and over again that the Socos are shipping to me and then they never come. Unfortunately, I took them at their word and conveyed the news to you and you were rightfully disappointed that you didn't receive the order. I hesitated to notify you while I tried to pin down the distributor as to the validity of his latest promise. I didn't want to tell you something that proved to be false again. I will cancel your order as requested and mail you a check for a full refund. Going forward, I am only taking orders for the Socapex Testers when I actually have them in hand. Interested customers will be notified by email when they are actually in stock.
Great product, speedy delivery can’t ask for more.
