A gorgeous and sturdy knife by Kershaw, it's high gloss very dark gun metal gray (they call it black) blade and grip that's unscratchable. I've personally seen the point of a knife blade scraped across this knife and it didn't make even the smallest mark. That's because it's specially coated to a Rockwell hardness of 93 with Boron Carbide. Nobody makes a knife like this!

This is a fully legal spring assisted plain blade knife. The 2 ¾" knife (closed) is a sturdy worker as well as slick showpiece. And it's so amazing. Just push gently on the back of the blade (with either hand) and it snaps open so fast that I dare you to actually see it opening. One millisecond it's closed, and the next millisecond it's locked fully open! There's also a small lock on the reverse side to prevent accidental opening.
