Ball
Locking Caribiner
When safety is paramount, this Petzl aluminum caribiner will never
accidentally open. Requires a press of the green button and a twist of
the collar to open. Won't open by rope friction, etc. which is a
problem with many other locking 'biners. This is a personal favorite of
mine.
Rated at 5000 lbs.

Spectra Loop
Rated at 5000 lbs.
11", 24" and 44" lengths
Here's a strong
and handy loop of Spectra webbing.
One of its most
common uses for the 11" loop is for hanging your split side pulley to a
pipe. Choke the loop over the pipe and attach your caribiner. Then
attach your pulley to the caribiner.
Another method
of attaching the caribiner to a stage pipe is by using the fireman's
hook. You can see the fireman's hook in this category and the safety
equipment category.
