Wonderful customer service. I am very pleased with my order. I've found a billion more uses for the stuff I ordered than I thought I would, although I will say that had I seen the Mongo wrench on the site before yesterday, I'd have bought it instead of the mega wrench. I wanted to thank you for the special attentation you gave regarding getting this shipped quickly. The package arrived right on time to take for the load-in. The 3P worked great. It came in handy when we had a leak develop in the roof of the stagehouse. The water was dripping about 40 feet right against a brick wall, then hitting a ledge in the brick work and splashing onto the monitor desk, about another 20 feet below. Because of the spray from the water hitting the ledge, it was hard to tell where the leak was coming from. The guy on the grid was about 10 feet from the wall looking for it. By shining the 3P up the wall, the drops became visible in the bright beam. It was then a simple matter to follow them back up the wall to the source of the leak, a couple of inches from the wall. Again, thanks for the good service. I'll be ordering again soon. SD
